Modern Mower Repair Status Alerts

Program Description

Modern Mower offers SMS text message notifications to customers who bring equipment to our shop for repair service. Messages are transactional in nature and may include repair estimate approvals, repair status updates, parts arrival notifications, completion alerts, and payment receipts. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages — either verbally during the intake process at our shop or by selecting the SMS consent checkbox during self check-in — you consent to receive transactional text messages from Modern Mower related to your repair order. Consent is not a condition of service. You do not need to agree to receive text messages to have your equipment serviced.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status of your repair. Typically, you will receive between 1 and 10 messages per repair order.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Modern Mower does not charge any additional fees for text message notifications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. If you wish to rejoin the program after opting out, you may do so by notifying our staff at your next visit.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and personal information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
